Next comes design selection. We carefully match your school or team colors, sketch layouts, and prepare a proof. This ensures you can see exactly how your mascot, motto, or photo will appear before production. Nothing moves forward until you give us the thumbs up.

Knitting, Embroidery & Printing

Once approved, your blanket moves into production. Our knit blankets are made using high-quality yarn—the design is created by knitting different colored yarns together, not just printed on top. For other projects, we use embroidery or vinyl printing to achieve a crisp, lasting design. Each method is chosen to ensure durability, softness, and vibrant colors that won’t run, fade, or shrink.

Finishing Touches

Before shipping, every blanket is carefully inspected for quality. We check stitching, softness, and color accuracy, making sure it meets our standards (and yours). Finally, it’s folded, packed, and shipped straight from our workshop in Greenwood Lake, New York.
