Refund policy

We want you to love your Blanket Boss purchase! Because most of our products are custom-made just for you, please review our return policy carefully.

Personalized & Custom Items
All personalized and custom-made items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started. Please double-check spelling, colors, and design details before submitting your order.

If your personalized order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at blanketboss@aol.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and make it right.

Non-Personalized Items
We have a 14-day return policy for non-personalized items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at blanketboss@aol.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order once your return (if eligible) is accepted and processed.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
