Where are your products made?

Every Blanket Boss product is made to order in our workshop in Greenwood Lake, New York. Each piece is individually crafted with care and attention to detail.

Do you offer custom products?

Yes! We create custom blankets, sweaters, and accessories featuring your logo, team name, or special artwork. Email us at blanketboss@aol.com to get started.

What materials do you use?

Our items are made from soft, durable acrylic yarn and premium knit fabrics—chosen for warmth, comfort, and lasting color.

Sizing & Care

What sizes are available?
  • Blankets: Some styles are one size; others come in Throw, Queen, or King.
  • Sweaters: Standard unisex sizes (see product page for chart).
  • Hats & Scarves: One size fits most.
How do I care for my Blanket Boss product?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or air dry. Our yarns and fabrics are colorfast, so your design stays bright wash after wash.

Orders & Shipping

How long does production and shipping take?

Production: Typically 5–10 business days, since each item is made to order. Peak holiday seasons may add a few days.

Shipping: Orders ship from Greenwood Lake, NY. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is on the way.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the U.S. For international requests, please contact us at blanketboss@aol.com.

I entered the wrong address. Can you change it?

Contact us immediately with your order number. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address for you.

Payments & Discounts

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Returns & Order Changes

What is your return policy?

Because all items are custom made, we only accept returns for defects or errors. Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once production starts, we can’t make changes.
