Shipping policy
At Blanket Boss, every knit blanket and sweater is made with care in the beautiful Hudson Valley, New York. We take pride in crafting each piece to order, ensuring quality and personalization for every customer.
Processing & Production Time
Because each item is made to order, please allow the following production times before your order ships:
- Personalized items: 7–14 business days
- Non-personalized items: 3–5 business days
During peak seasons (such as holidays), production times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship throughout the United States, with international shipping available upon request.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after production
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery
All shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been produced and fulfilled. Blanket Boss is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Because our items are made to order, we can only accept order changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, your order enters production and cannot be modified or canceled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. Blanket Boss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we’ll do our best to assist you in locating your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at blanketboss@aol.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and make it right.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping on select items. Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. International delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
